DK Jones Ltd has responded to requests received from customers and has now added an increased range of high quality flanges in alloy steel to compliment the wide range of pipe and fittings stocked in its UK warehouse.

A range of flanges up to 12" N/B with pressure ratings of 150# to 2500# in ASTM A182 F11 and F22 is available from stock.

The flange types now available include weld neck, socket weld, blind and slip on types with either raised face or RTJ Face and scheduled wall thickness of up to XXS.This extended range of flanges compliments the existing stock range of alloy steel pipe, butt weld fittings and outlet fittings.

With stock levels of over 4,000 tons of prime quality, fully certified material DK Jones is able to supply an extensive, and ever increasing, range of both standard and hard to find items and material grades from stock or on short manufacturing lead providing a cost-effective single source for customers’ requirements.

The company was originally founded in 1984 to represent European fittings and flange manufacturers in the UK and has now grown to be one of UK’s major stockists and providers of pipe, fittings and flanges in a wide range of both standard and non standard grades and sizes to more than 60 countries.

Materials provided include chrome molybdenum steels, low temperature steels, high yield steels, carbon steels, stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys and copper alloys. Quality of systems and supply has always been an important aspect for DK Jones Ltd. The first QA approval was gained as early as 1992 and full Lloyds ISO certification obtained in 1994.

After more than 25 years of successful operation the company’s original objectives of developing business both in UK and abroad by maintaining the quality of the products, ensuring price competiveness and enhancing service levels still remain unchanged.
