Along with US-based sister company Superior Tube, Fine Tubes is a unit of AMETEK Specialty Metal Products, including four other businesses: Hamilton Precision Metals, AMETEK Wallingford, AMETEK Eighty Four, and Reading Alloys. Collectively, they represent a world-leading force not just in precision tubing but also in precision strip, wire and foil, specialty metal powders, master alloys and clad metals.

Tubing capabilities

  • Wide range of stainless steel, nickel and titanium alloys
  • Seamless, welded or welded & redrawn tubes with outside diameters from 1 mm (0.040 in) up to 50 mm (2 in)
  • Straight lengths up to 65 ft. (20 m) and coils manufactured up to 33,000 ft. (10,000 m) long
  • Wall thicknesses from less than 0.05 mm (0.002 in) up to 3.8 mm (0.150 in)
  • Profiles include round, rectangular, square, oval and elliptical
